LSPC Update

Updated December 15, 2023:

Advent: The Season of Advent runs from December 3-24. Our Advent services meet at Waters Elementary at 10:15AM. Along with our Sunday services, LSPC makes Advent wreaths, candles, and devotionals available. You can pick up an Advent bag with these items on Sunday mornings at Waters or from the church office during the week.

Candlelight Christmas Eve Service: Join us for a special service the evening of 12/24. The service is at 8pm at 1900 W. Leland Ave (the Northside Church of the Nazarene building). A parking lot is location at the corner of Wolcott and Leland. The service will be around 45 minutes and close with congregational candle lighting.

Waters Elementary School: LSPC has met at Waters since 2009. To make explicit the nature of this long-term space-renting relationship, LSPC has added language to our website in various places: LSPC is not endorsed or affiliated with Waters Elementary School

If you are new to the LSPC Community, we want to say, Welcome! Please take a moment to fill out the Connect Card.

If you have questions or have pastoral needs, please contact LSPC at 773-677-7782, office@lincolnsquarepres.org, or by submitting a Connect Card.

Support and Connection

The LSPC community is a source of support and connection. If you would like to find a time to talk with a pastor, please communicate with the church office (office@lincolnsquarepres.org, 773-677-7782), or contact the pastor directly. Pastors are available for a phone call, zoom session, or meeting in the church office. If you have financial needs or can use support, please reach out to the Deacons at deaconslspc@gmail.com or 773-819-5772.

Serving our Neighbors

We are thankful the opportunity to support and volunteer through our mission partners: The Friendship Center (our local food pantry), World Relief (welcomes/supports refugees), Breakthrough Urban Ministry (serves the East Garfield Park community), and Sunshine Gospel Ministries (serves the Woodlawn neighborhood). Visit our Serving Our Neighbors page in order to find more information.

Giving Information

Please continue to give as you are able during this time. You may give online or via text to the General Fund or the Benevolence Fund, which supports LSPC community and neighbors with financial needs. We also encourage you to support The Friendship Center, our local food pantry during this time.
