Celebrating Advent
Join us for the Advent season. Advent (meaning “Coming”) is a period to intentionally reflect upon God coming to us in Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is a season marked with anticipation, waiting, and longing; we reflect on our need for God to come. Also, it is a season of joy and hope; God has come in Christ and will come again. From November 27 through January 8 our services will celebrate this season of anticipation and hope.

Special services -
12/11 - A Midnight Clear (A night of Christmas music and singing) at Covenant Presbyterian Church (2012 W. Dickens), 6 p.m.

12/18 - Lessons and Carols Service (this special service tells the story of God's coming in Jesus through the Scriptures and Carols), Sunday at Waters Elementary, 10:15 a.m.

12/24 - Christmas Eve Service at Waters Elementary, 5 p.m.

12/25 - Christmas Morning Worship Service at Waters Elementary, 10:15 a.m.
